This one is built for speed. It sits in the PATH at the Toronto-Dominion Centre, a quick express Vereda Central for people on the move.

Order ahead on your phone and it will be waiting for you at the counter. And if you do have a few minutes, there is seating right beside us.

Being quick does not mean being limited. You still choose your roast, light, medium or dark, and it is the same Colombian coffee roasted at our Oakville roastery every weekday as everywhere else we have. Fast, here, means fast. It does not mean lesser.

We sell beans whole, always. Grinding costs aroma and freshness, so we don't do it until you're standing there.

When you buy a bag, tell us how you brew at home and we'll grind to match. Espresso machine, moka pot, drip, pour over, French press. They all need a different grind, and supermarket pre-ground coffee is set to one middle setting that suits drip and nothing else.

If your coffee at home has never tasted as good as it does here, this is almost always why. It's the first thing we ask about.

In the mountains outside Bogotá, family-owned coffee farms are connected by footpaths known locally as veredas. We work directly with the growers on those farms, with no brokers and no middlemen, which means we can pay them properly and take first pick of each harvest.

We've built relationships with more than 80 farmers across Colombia. Every bag carries the farmer's name, the farm's name and where it is.

All of it is roasted at our Kerr Village roastery in Oakville, every weekday, including the coffee served here.
