Our newest café sits in the lobby of a recently renovated building, right in the middle of the Financial District.
It runs on a weekday rhythm, Monday to Thursday until five and Friday until four. This is a room built around the people who work in the building and the streets around it.
You can order ahead on your phone and collect on your way past. Or stay: there is indoor and outdoor seating, so it works as well for half an hour of work as it does for a coffee on the way in.

No grinder at home? Tell us how you brew.
We sell beans whole, always. Grinding costs aroma and freshness, so we don't do it until you're standing there.
When you buy a bag, tell us how you brew at home and we'll grind to match. Espresso machine, moka pot, drip, pour over, French press. They all need a different grind, and supermarket pre-ground coffee is set to one middle setting that suits drip and nothing else.
If your coffee at home has never tasted as good as it does here, this is almost always why. It's the first thing we ask about.
Where the coffee comes from
In the mountains outside Bogotá, family-owned coffee farms are connected by footpaths known locally as veredas. We work directly with the growers on those farms, with no brokers and no middlemen, which means we can pay them properly and take first pick of each harvest.
We've built relationships with more than 80 farmers across Colombia. Every bag carries the farmer's name, the farm's name and where it is.
All of it is roasted at our Kerr Village roastery in Oakville, every weekday, including the coffee served here.
