Seven days a week, at the south end

Find us on the third floor at the south end of the Eaton Centre, by the bridge that used to take you across to The Bay. Queen Station is the closest stop, so if you are coming up from there you are already most of the way.

This location is built around convenience and speed for shoppers. Everything is made to be carried, and the queue moves accordingly.

What does not change is what is in the cup. Colombian beans, bought direct from the growers, roasted at our Oakville roastery every weekday. The same coffee we serve in a converted house in Kerr Village, handed to you on the third floor of a shopping centre.

No grinder at home? Tell us how you brew.

We sell beans whole, always. Grinding costs aroma and freshness, so we don't do it until you're standing there.

When you buy a bag, tell us how you brew at home and we'll grind to match. Espresso machine, moka pot, drip, pour over, French press. They all need a different grind, and supermarket pre-ground coffee is set to one middle setting that suits drip and nothing else.

If your coffee at home has never tasted as good as it does here, this is almost always why. It's the first thing we ask about.

Where the coffee comes from

In the mountains outside Bogotá, family-owned coffee farms are connected by footpaths known locally as veredas. We work directly with the growers on those farms, with no brokers and no middlemen, which means we can pay them properly and take first pick of each harvest.

We've built relationships with more than 80 farmers across Colombia. Every bag carries the farmer's name, the farm's name and where it is.

All of it is roasted at our Kerr Village roastery in Oakville, every weekday, including the coffee served here.

Between those veredas and your cup, there's us. We're the Central in Vereda Central.
