Shipping & Returns Policy

$5 Canada-Wide Shipping

Vereda Central offers Canada-wide shipping for $5 on orders over $30 and $10 on orders under $30.

We strive to process all orders within 1-to-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been processed and is out for delivery or has shipped. Orders will typically be delivered 2-5 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Vereda Central ships to anywhere in Canada via Canpar and ICS courier services to ensure timely, careful and lowest cost shipping to our customers. 

FREE Local Delivery

We provide FREE local delivery within approximately 30kms of our Kerr Street, Oakville location. 

Deliveries are made between 9am and 8pm Monday-to-Friday. We will contact you via the email address you provided at checkout to advise when your package is out for delivery.

In-Store / Curb-Side Pickup

If you prefer, you may choose to pickup your order at either our Kerr Street or Upper Middle locations. After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm and Weekends, 9am-5pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

For Local Delivery and Pickup orders, once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email from us advising that your order is out for delivery or is ready for pickup.

For orders being shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  

If you have not heard from us within two business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@veredacentral.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of coffee. Please contact us regarding returns or exchanges of merchandise.
